It’s very clean and worth the price. Drain was clogged and they fixed it directly. They are very active when it comes to quick response. The location is perfect, right next to the park and green bazaar. Kitchen is beautiful.
The AC is located in the living room, the bedroom has a fan. The AC almost reaches the bedroom.

Все новое, чистое. На кухне и в ванной есть все необходимое для того чтобы помыться и постираться.
В квартире два спальных места (кровать в спальне и диван в гостинной).
Хозяйка Асия выше всяких похвал, отдельное спасибо ей за прогулку и за то что всегда была на связи. С удовольствием приеду еще раз.
Кондиционер не всегда добивал до спальни, но отдыху это не помешало.

The apartment is beautifully done and spacious with a lot of natural light and beautiful views from the windows. The host was so welcoming and sweet, helpful♥️. Kitchen is well stocked with enough stuff so you can have breakfast n meals at home ! Location itself is very central and within walking distance to many attractions!
The entrance of the building could have been better, but it is an old one so can be ignored. The bathroom is quite tiny; but again both points are beyond the control of the owner. It’s still excellent value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in central Almaty👍

Очень уютная и чистая квартира, полностью соответствует фотографиям. Удобное расположение в центре города, рядом есть магазины, кафе и всё необходимое. В квартире было комфортно, хорошая кровать, приятный интерьер и всё нужное для проживания.
В целом всё понравилось, серьёзных минусов не заметили.
