We had a very pleasant stay. The host was kind and understanding, and trusted us to pay the cash the next day when we didn’t have cash available on arrival. We really appreciated her trust and hospitality. The location is excellent—close to Arbat Street, parks, and the Green Bazaar. The apartment was cosy and comfortable, with a shop conveniently located downstairs. The area felt safe and even had public outdoor exercise equipment nearby. Overall, a great place to stay in Almaty!

A few small things could be improved for a longer family stay. The bedding could be fresher and more comfortable, and some basic supplies such as toilet paper and hand wash could be provided in larger quantities for a 9-day stay. Having only one bathroom can sometimes be a little inconvenient for a family of five, and some of the furniture is a bit dated. Overall, these are minor points, and we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.

превосходное расположение . Отличная планировка , спальни, раздельно . Двор тихий . Рядом находится основной банный комплекс Алматы :). Хорошие матрасы на кроватях , кондиционер во всех помещениях

"уставшая" душевая кабинка: ручка регулировки воды иногда отваливалась . неудобный чайник - вода из носика льется во все стороны . не было салфеток

Dwie sypialnie i wielki salon z aneksem. Na parterze, dużo cienia, więc przyjemna temperatura. Klimatyzacja. Dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego check in po przylocie. Idealna lokalizacja w samym sercu miasta. Sklepy spożywcze w budynku. Polecamy, idealny dla 4 osób.

Great communication by the owner, very accommodating! Apartment is clean and nice. Location is excellent. Great value for the money!
