Проживали в мае 2026 г. Заселение быстрое. Замок электронный, вход по коду. При заселении есть залог -10000 тг. После чек-аута вернули. Квартира новая, все чисто. Персонал отличный - всегда на связи. Попросили доп одеяло - предоставили сразу же. Есть стиральная машина. На кухне вся необходимая посуда. Район хороший. Рядом жд вокзал, станция метро. Рекомендую к проживанию.
Холодильник гудит, ночью особенно громко. Когда спишь на диване вдвоем, один проваливается в ямку, где смыкаются две половинки. Это очень неудобно. Может можно какой-нибудь тонкий матрасик  класть, как вариант.

It was spacious, close to subway station and it takes only 20-30 min by direct bus to get there from airport. There are many stores and supermarkets around as well, AC was definitely a plus in a very hot weather. The host was very nice and responsive and she was very kind to answer all the questions we had regarding the apartment.

Все супер! Заранее все написали, предупредили, ознакомили, вошли а положение, пожилые люди приехали пораньше и чтобы они не ждали на улице запустили пораньше. Огромная благодарность Динаре🤍
