Жилье полностью соответствует фотографиям. Хозяин был на связи на каждом этапе. Дистанционное заселение и выселение. Расположение в золотом квадрате города, очень удобно.
Поставил бы 10 баллов, если бы не два момента: 1. Дверьми нельзя громко хлопать, о чем написано и сообщено хозяином. Если честно, я специально не хлопал ими, но они уже довольно старые, и самопроизвольно создают много шума. Особенно, когда ими пользуется ребенок. Можно поставить силиконовые вкладки или доводчики. 2. Пару ночей было очень жарко ночью в квартире, но в ней не было сплит-системы рабочей, как я понял. Не стал писать хозяину, так как вспоминал об этом только поздней ночью

Отличное расположение, понравилась возможность раннего заселения за доп плату. Квартира просторная, светлая. Для нас было плюсом, что туалет и ванная разделены.
Немного напрягло отсутствие лифта (5 этаж). Была пара нюансов, но арендодатель оперативно все решил.
