The location was great and not far from the main tourist attractions. The apartment was nicely separated into different areas. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel just like home. Extra points for the beautiful city view!!! And the host was also very responsive and always willing to help, which made our stay even more comfortable.

It wasn’t a big issue, but for first-time visitors it can be a bit confusing at first due to the lack of clear signage in English. Having more visible signs or landmarks indicating the correct building and entrance would make arrival easier. Once we found the place, everything was fine afterward.

Удобная локация, замечательный вид из окна на Кок-Тобе, телецентр, гостиницу Казахстан. Тихий двор. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта, обменка, небольшие магазины продуктов.

Так как квартира предназначена в основном для проживания нескольких человек, нам не хватало больших кружек для чая. Их было всего 3, а нас пять )). Это конечно мелочи, в основном все было замечательно

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The space was clean, modern, and exactly looked as in the pictures in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, just perfect for communication and relaxation. The location was very convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood also felt homey, safe and quiet, even in the evenings. What really stood out was the hospitality. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Almaty whether for business or leisure. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ll absolutely book here again on my next visit!

The apartment was comfortable and well-located, though I hope they fix the glass doors in the shower in bathroom as it tend to dismantle which can be dangerous if careless.
