Comfortable underfloor heating ensures a cozy living environment in every season—a detail that makes your stay even more enjoyable.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the open-concept living-dining area, where modern amenities and coziness blend harmoniously. The comfortable double sofa bed offers additional sleeping space, while the SMART TV provides entertainment—whether on rainy days or for a cozy movie night.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a home-cooked dinner—here you have the freedom to enjoy your meals exactly as you like.
The separate bedroom is a peaceful retreat. The modern box-spring bed guarantees the highest level of sleeping comfort—for restful nights after an eventful day at the beach or out in nature.
The stylishly designed bathroom is also equipped with high-quality fixtures. In addition to the walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, you’ll find a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, a toilet, a towel warmer, and—as throughout the entire apartment—comfortable underfloor heating.
A real highlight is the southwest-facing loggia, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Furnished with comfortable patio furniture, it invites you to enjoy long hours in the sun, relaxing moments with a book, or a glass of wine in the evening—your personal outdoor retreat.
