Rheinuferhaus -Complete vacation home directly on the Rhine

Welcome to the Rheinuferhaus, a fully equipped vacation home that, with 120 square meters spread over two floors, offers plenty of space for families or small groups—and whose property practically ends right on the banks of the Rhine.

On the first floor, in addition to a guest restroom, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen; the entryway opens into an open-concept living/dining area.
From there, you have direct access to an approximately 30-square-meter terrace equipped with a large charcoal grill, which opens onto a lawn that practically ends at the Rhine riverbank path.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed,
as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Right in front of the house, you can easily park 3 cars, and bicycles can also be stored under the carport.

You’ll have exclusive use of the house and the property; Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed—you’re in a residential area.

A few more words about the surroundings:
The Rheinuferhaus is located in Urmitz, a picturesque town on the Rhine with about 3,000 residents, approximately a 10-minute drive from Koblenz.
Within walking distance in the town itself, you’ll find a grocery store, three restaurants, and a beer garden; a commercial park with dozens of stores is 4 km away.

The Rhine River Path runs directly below the property, inviting you to go for a walk or a bike ride.
By bike, you can reach the Deutsches Eck in about 40 minutes; from there, you can continue along the Rhine, the Moselle, or—a little later—the Lahn.
A longer bike ride can also be easily combined with a train trip, especially since the train station—from which you can take hourly trains to Koblenz or toward Cologne/Bonn—is only 650 meters away, and the nearest bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

Koblenz is one of Germany’s oldest cities, distinguished by its historic old town and considered the gateway to the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. In the city center, the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument marks the spot where the Rhine and Moselle rivers converge, flanked by terraced vineyards that offer magnificent views.

Perched directly above Koblenz is Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, which—since the 2011 Federal Horticultural Show—has been accessible via a aerial cableway, among other means, offers a unique view of Koblenz, and hosts numerous events such as exhibitions, music festivals, and historical reenactments; it also houses the Koblenz State Museum.

Definitely worth seeing and accessible by car in 15–45 minutes are Eltz Castle and Thurant Castle on the Moselle, as well as Marksburg Castle, Lahneck Castle, and Rheinfels Castle on the Rhine—and, last but not least, Stolzenfels Castle.

For hiking enthusiasts, there are also no fewer than 27 “Dream Trails” in the surrounding area along the Rhine, the Moselle, and in the Eifel.
