A beautifully furnished apartment; walking distance of Platform LA and the Helms Bakery District.

I had a wonderful experience staying at 6868 Dunn Dr. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had a welcoming atmosphere. I especially loved the easy access to Platform LA with its stylish shops and coffee spots. The nearby Helms Bakery District added even more dining options. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

My stay at Chic Residences was smooth, peaceful, and very enjoyable. The space was cozy, bright, and well maintained. I loved how close it was to Culver City Downtown, with hotspots like The Culver Hotel and Erewhon just minutes away. The neighborhood had great walkability, making it easy to explore. I’d happily return.

A clean, updated apartment close to Washington Blvd cafés and Sony Studios.

This apartment offered the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Everything was clean, updated, and thoughtfully arranged. I enjoyed exploring the trendy cafés and eateries along Washington Blvd, just a short walk away. Being close to Sony Pictures Studios added a fun touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Culver City.

A spotless, modern stay just minutes from Culver Steps and the Arts District.

My stay at Chic Residences Steps from Beverly Hills & Sony Pictures was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, modern, and felt like a true home away from home. I loved being just minutes from downtown Culver City and all the great restaurants around Culver Steps. Having the Kirk Douglas Theatre and the Culver City Arts District nearby was a huge plus. I’d definitely stay here again.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

L’appartement est idéalement situé. L’immeuble est parfait : voiturier, piscine chauffée, jacuzzi. La présence d’un lave linge sèche linge dans l’appartement est un plus évident

L appartement ne vaux pas son prix. Si a première vue, il est sublime, vu de plus pret, des choses sont à revoir : les stores sont cassés sont impossible De dormir dans le noir complet. Une des deux baignoires est inutilisable car le robinet fuit, des oreillers sont déchirés, la literie n’est pas des plus confortable quand on dort à deux (matelas à ressort donc quand on dort avec un bébé, il roule sur nous), certaines lumières ne fonctionnent pas … C’est dommage car l’appartement a un réel potentiel Par ailleurs, le Check out est à 11h. Des 9h du matin, j’ai été bombardée d’appel, de sms et de messages booking pour savoir quand je m’en allais. J’ai trouvé ça totalement déplacé. Enfin, il faut savoir que lorsque vous faites la réservation, est directement prélevé sur votre compte bancaire en plus de la réservation le montant du dépôt de garantie. Je n’ai pas trouvé ça normal
