I had a great stay at this Koreatown apartment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, making the entire experience easy from start to finish. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I am glad I found this place

The gentleman who checked us in was courteous. At first glance the apartment looks impressive. The floor to ceiling windows open up the space. They are pet-friendly and I'm forever grateful for hosts who open up their places to guests with pets. The building was clean. It is right in the city and we generally couldn't hear the road noise nor the people on either side of the unit. It was super nice to be able to take our two small dogs up to the rooftop. Being able to park in the garage was a big plus. The kitchen wasn't well stocked per se but it had all the basics. There is a grocery store across the street. It was awesome to walk to restaurants. There is even a veterinary hospital nearby.

Some things gave me pause. There was mold on a baseboard in the bathroom, perhaps from water damage. I am allergic to mold and my allergies flared up. There were also scuff marks on the walls. This was a last minute booking for me. I am glad I found this place. However, there were extra charges beyond what they charged through booking.com. $150 ($300 total) per pet was excessive for old, used and dated furniture. One pet charge came through booking.com. The other pet charge came directly from the property. We were charged twice for parking, once through booking.com and once separately (and together) with the pet charge that came directly from the property (150+80= $230). As I was leaving, I checked my cc account and there was yet another charge of $132 for utilities. This is information that I think could be useful for future guests. Beyond that, they charge a $250 deposit (through booking.com) that is supposedly refundable. As we travel, we have made it a habit of taking before and after photos of the places we stay, and we suggest the same to all.

My stay at this Koreatown was excellent. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of some of the best restaurants and cafés in the area, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the kitchen had all the basics, and the WiFi was reliable. Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated clearly throughout the stay. A huge highlight was the building’s rooftop area. The BBQ setup was spotless and easy to use, and the view of the city was incredible—perfect for relaxing in the evening or enjoying dinner with a skyline backdrop. It really made the stay feel extra special.

Lovely apartment, shame about the plumbing!

The apartment is well appointed, with all major appliances, including washer and dryer which was very useful. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the apartment comfortable. The parking may seem expensive but for LA it's a good price, especially considering it's a gated underground car park. TV had a roku box to watch Netflix and YouTube (no antenna however!). Location was good, easy access to most of LA and didn't get too affected by the rush hour traffic thankfully. The balcony was a nice addition but unfortunately didn't have furniture. The bedroom had a huge closet which was very useful.

The shower struggled with hot water. The apartment staff tried to fix it but unfortunately issues still remained - hot water took up to 15 minutes to come through. When it did it was a bit of a challenge adjusting the temperature! Apart from that, the rest of the apartment was great!

I had a wonderful time staying at Comfortable Stay in Culver City. The location couldn’t be better — just around the corner from Sony Pictures, with quick access to Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, and West Adams. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had a modern touch that made it feel like a boutique stay. I’d definitely come back for both work and leisure trips.

Good staying if you’re on a budget.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them. Undergroud garage parking is safe and convenient for $20 a day.

First of all, the location is misleading. This property is actually located at Dt LA, Korean town. The property host told me they are having issues to change the location on the booking Platform. It’s not the worst area in LA, but it’s also not great… Property has Full kitchen, but no basic condiment. No paper towel.

An outstanding experience in a beautifully furnished, spacious apartment located right on Wilshire Boulevard. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with high-quality beds and plenty of room to relax. The building offers great features, including security, valet parking, a pool, hot tub, and a fantastic outdoor kitchen with barbecues on the third floor. Shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy are conveniently nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, and the friendly atmosphere extended to the building’s staff and residents. One of the best stays we've had—highly recommended and would absolutely book again.

Excelentes instalaciónes, muy buena ubicación

Muy cómodas y limpias las instalaciones, el metro esta a tan solo 10 minutos caminando y también tienes posibilidad de tomar transporte publico muy cerca, asi puedes ahorrar mucho ya que uber y taxis son muy caros. Si vuelvo a LA definitivamente me quedaré en el miso lugar.

La struttura era ok, a parte il materasso non molto comodo, e la doccia che se fatta dopo il pomeriggio impiegava tantissimo tempo per scaldare l’acqua. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta per niente è il fatto che io avevo prenotato la struttura a Culver City, ma quando ho ricevuto le istruzioni per il check in ho notato che l’indirizzo incluso nel messaggio era quello di Koreatown. Questo è successo a un giorno dalla partenza, e senza avvisarmi ne dare spiegazioni. Ho dovuto cancellare e riprenotare il taxi dall’aeroporto all’ultimo minuto, e riorganizzare le tappe del viaggio. All’arrivo poi ho dovuto aspettare 30 minuti prima che il responsabile arrivasse per le chiavi. E questo nonostante io avessi chiamato più di mezz’ora prima del mio arrivo come richiesto.
