West LA Boutique Apartments Minutes from the Coast

My stay at this property was excellent — comfortable living space paired with an unbeatable location near Sawtelle Japantown, one of LA’s most beloved food and culture corridors. I enjoyed discovering little eateries, dessert spots, and boutique shops along the bustling Sawtelle Blvd. The nearby Stoner Park offered a relaxing outdoor retreat when I needed a break from urban exploring. Short drives took me to Santa Monica and Westwood with no trouble. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a lively yet homey LA experience.

I had a great stay at this apartment on Butler Avenue and would absolutely come back. The space was clean, modern, and felt very comfortable after long days exploring LA. I loved how close it was to Culver City, with tons of restaurants and cafés just a short drive away. Santa Monica Beach and Venice Beach were both easy to get to, which made weekend plans super convenient. Overall, the location and comfort made this stay a win.

This apartment’s location was one of the highlights of my LA trip — minutes from the buzzing Sawtelle Japantown where I explored new restaurants and quirky local shops daily. I loved the variety and quality of dining options along Sawtelle Boulevard, from ramen to boba and beyond. After dinner, relaxing strolls through Stoner Park provided a peaceful wind-down to the day. The neighborhood’s walkability and easy access to transit made getting around effortless. Truly a gem in West Los Angeles.

Best things about this property was communication with the stuff member and location. Any time I asked a question it was very prompt response. Thank you! Apartment was also very spacious for our party. Pool and hot tub closed at 10pm, we weren’t able to use it.

It was not clean enough! Second bathroom looks like wasn’t clean after previous ppl, it was hair on a floor. Moldy shower curtains. Also I really hated their pillows- huge and very hard , gave me headache in the morning (not everybody likes huge pillows!) Bed sheets were very oversized for twin beds and looked very messy. Couch in a living room was very filthy, looked gross! I was afraid to seat on it ! Overall in my opinion - if the place charging 150$ cleaning fees and keeping my safety deposit for 3 weeks - the place should be much cleaner! Also we drove with 2 cars, and it’s not easy to find parking for 2-nd car in a street. Parking provided only for one car , even our apartment fits 6 ppl. Car remote wasn’t working ether.
