Accommodation was good, clean and friendly.
Reception was not great. We were diverted to the wrong address. There was no reception desk and no person to talk to face-to-face. Only the cleaner. We had to discuss all the reception issues by phone. Afterwards we had to walk a distance with all our luggage to get to the unit.
Public transport not that easy. Had to rely on Uber.

The atmosphere felt relaxing, upscale, and welcoming for both adults and kids. The property was beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities that made traveling with family easy.
The pool area was a highlight, clean, lively, and perfect for relaxing as a family. We also loved the convenient location near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both luxurious and family-friendly. A fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway in Santa Monica — we’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful family stay in Santa Monica! The resort had a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and plenty of space for both kids and adults to enjoy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.. just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
The staff made us feel welcome from start to finish, and the pool area was a favorite for our family. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal luxury. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

The location is fine, the rooms were clean and well equipped.
1. The parking has a very inconvinient access.
2. The staff insisted on a security deposit and took 1 month to refund it, when they had promised 7-10 days.
3. The door in one of the rooms did not close.
