Hollywood Homes was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The apartment is well located, close to everything LA has to offer, and having free parking was a huge plus—especially in Hollywood. The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into, making it great for families or groups of friends. Everything we needed was nearby, and getting around the city was simple. A great option for anyone looking for a practical, stress-free stay in Hollywood. Would definitely recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay while visiting Los Angeles. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights was the free parking, which is a huge bonus in LA and made getting around incredibly easy. The location is ideal — close to Hollywood attractions, restaurants, shopping, and major routes, yet still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and the property felt safe and well maintained. Overall, this was a stress-free and enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely book here again.

I enjoyed how close it was to popular spots like Melrose Avenue and Hollywood nightlife. Runyon Canyon was also nearby for outdoor activities. The location made it easy to experience the best of LA.

This apartment was the perfect base for exploring West Hollywood and Hollywood. The unit was well-maintained, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished. Being close to Runyon Canyon was a huge bonus for morning hikes with amazing city views. Hollywood Boulevard and its attractions were also nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

My stay at this apartment was excellent from start to finish. The space was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. I loved being so close to Melrose Avenue, with its shopping, cafés, and trendy vibe. Fairfax District and The Grove were just minutes away for dining and entertainment. The location truly made this stay special.

The location was different to what we booked. We chose the place to be close to where we needed to visit. However, it was in a different suburb, although in a great location and a better spot than the original. It was just confusing that the addresses didn't match up and cause confusion as we were travelling from overseas.

The communication was difficult at times as the host would take a while to respond. They were very responsive when they wanted something. The stove was missing knobs and we asked for this to be fixed. They said they would come but never did. The blinds were also broken and they weren't block out blinds. We used the sofa couch but were only provided a small blanket for this.

Most rooms had on-suite bathrooms, private garage, spacious, split over three floors.

My stay at Hollywood Homes was comfortable, clean, and incredibly convenient. The free parking made exploring the city stress-free. I loved being just minutes from Melrose Avenue’s trendy shops and cafés. This location made it easy to enjoy the best of West Hollywood and LA.

I loved the outside lounge and parking garage. I also loved the provided setting and pots n pans. I also loved provided toothbrush with toothpaste.

The bathroom door did not close properly but it was wasn’t an issue. I also think there should have been provided trash bags but everything else was great.

They wasn’t a property at the location that we booked at 5925 Barton Avenue, LA. They gave us a new location in a shady looking area that we never went to. Asked for a refund and was ghosted. Didn’t get to stay , had no where to go and they haven’t given us our money back

That there want an apartment at the address they had listed and tried to send me to a different location that I didn’t go to.

I had a fantastic stay here. The free on-site parking was a huge relief (something you don’t always get in LA), and the proximity to everything made exploring so easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen which came in really handy. Overall, it’s a great value for the location and I’d definitely stay here again.

This Hollywood home was a gem—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with comfortable furnishings throughout. The free parking was an absolute lifesaver in such a busy part of the city, making it easy to come and go. I loved being just a short drive from iconic LA sights like the Walk of Fame, Sunset Boulevard, and top-tier restaurants. Although the neighborhood had some typical urban noise, it didn’t affect daylight hours or overall enjoyment. The host was communicative and check‑in was seamless. Would return in a heartbeat!

Work trip! I contacted them in advance, informing them I had to work. When I was about to check in, they simply didn't want to answer until 5 p.m. I called more than 5 different numbers; no one answered. They gave me a different house than the one I reserved, at a different address in a disgusting, dirty, filthy neighborhood. They blocked my car in the parking lot. I have videos! If you can avoid this place, do it! The worst place in Los Angeles. I stayed in 4 hotels on my work trip! This was garbage.

Being very familiar and experienced in LA; the residence is very competitively priced, so that's a relevant characteristic. Location is perfect, West LA, next to Westwood; very close to Santa Monica Boulevard and close to Century City and Beverly Hills. The area of the apartment is nice and it's close to a highway 405 entry.

Only the shower could have been better, though the current one is ok; you're showering in a bath basically. However, the temperature of the shower was fine, if you know how to use an American faucet. I saw some critical reviews from Dutch people which I already doubted when reading them. I hardly came across neighbours, and if I did they hardly exchanged any words. The atmosphere in the complex was fine, nothing to complain.

It had everything that was advertised. I needed some help with a few things related to this rental and the managers were extremely responsive.

Coffee maker did not have filters or ground coffee. Squirrels will often beg for food from you on the patio. Traffic jam in the afternoon on Ohio and Butler streets will delay your check-in time if you are approaching from the west. Best to approach from the east or from the 405. Bath tub is slippery and my wife sustained a fall. Arcadia door in the living room is difficult to latch.

Clean quiet comfy first floor apartment (no steps), nicely equipped with everything we needed. Secure assigned parking spot and access to fitness room are really nice features.

The property is spacious enough for a family of 4 or 5. Neighborhood is so-so.

Lots of homelessness around. Really horrific WiFi. Awful AC unit that was so loud at times we had to shut it down. Plus we followed the video instruction to get in, but the person we were supposed to contact to buzz us in never answered and so we couldn’t get in the building! We got in only because someone got out of the building!

It was conveniently located for us. There was a parking space. There was a pool (though we didn’t know that until we happened upon on our last day). The toiletries (and slippers) were a nice touch.

Where to begin…1) The listing said there were two air conditioned bedrooms. There were not. One bedroom had a stand alone a/c that could not be adjusted and when the power surged (every hour) it made a loud airplane engine-like sound, waking us up. We could not talk to each other in the bedroom because it was too noisy. We live on a very busy street next to a hospital with sirens running all night and have no problem sleeping. This startled us awake all night long. The 2nd bedroom had no a/c and no fan. Often there is no need for a/c in LA but there was this past week and it was promised in the listing. 2) The apt was dirty. Hair in the shower; the floors were filthy; fruit flies infesting the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. 3) The kitchen was not well-equipped. There were not enough garbage bags; the coffee maker and toaster were low quality; the wine opener and scissors were so cheap they broke the first time we tried to use them; there was one small garbage can; there was no plastic wrap nor tin foil; there were 3 tide pods which turned out to be two loads worth. 4) The lighting was terrible. One lamp in the living room. We tried to open the blinds but one fell off so we didn’t try that again. Dark 5) Other: there was only one set of keys which made it challenging for the 3 of us logistically; the shower heads were perfect for people under 5’; we complained over the course of the week but eventually realized that the only response was “we will share the information with the host” and get back to you. No one got back to us; we were charged the full price a month before but then received multiple emails saying the credit card didn’t go through (though it had).

Location, size, fairly clean, nice neighborhood, quiet.

Pillows were flat - maybe old, lack of enough pillow cases, mattress was ok but bed was bouncy. Smell of smoke but perhaps from neighbors.

Staff were friendly, great location in LA with lots of restaurants nearby. The pool looked nice (although it was too cold for me to use in Winter) and there was a small but usable gym.

There was a really strong smell of Marijuana every day in the room, that didn't leave even when airing the property. What I didn't realise when booking was that they didn't own the actual complex but just rent out a single room in the building. Therefore, when I arrived I had to wait in the rain for someone to come and let me in, and they didn't have anywhere to store baggage after check out, etc.

The location was very good, the kitchen worked ok and the host was responsive

The heating system was not cleaned hence made the fire alarm set off several times and we were out of heat for more than half the duration. The place did not look like in the pictures so they did not represent what we expected.

Location was central for my work requirements. Miguel was great in welcoming me to the property and ensuring I had a good stay.
