Modern, spacious and comfortable 2 bed apartment in Southampton

The kitchen has everything needed. The windows let air in - once we're figured out how to open them

It was extremely hot when we were there so having only polyester sheets and pillowcases made for a very sticky sleep. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a quilt which was way too hot to use. It would be better to provide cotton sheets and blankets for summer. A fan would also be useful too. The washing machine was very old and hard to figure out at first. An instruction manual for the apartment would be good since the owners did not respond to messages after we arrived.

Great location and easy to find. The arrival instructions were clear too. It was clean and well furnished, perfect for what we needed and good value for money.

We would have benefited from having a clothes horse and hoover. There was no air con or fans available so arriving on a 30 degree day meant it was very hot inside the top floor flat. The blinds were also not black out or too short for the windows so we found it hard to sleep and settle our daughter. We didn’t hear off the host after the arrival instructions were sent.

Exactly as pictured, great stay.

The only thing to note is about the blackout curtains in the rooms; they don't block out daylight, so the sunlight wakes us up early.

Die Lage war gut, Parkplätze vor der Türe auch gut, Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ebenfalls gut. Die Betten waren bequem.

Ausstattung und Reinigung nicht optimal, das Haus selber war nur wenig einladend. Insgesamt, wenn überhaupt, nur für 1-2 Nächte empfehlenswert.
