Les mobilhomes du vélodrome

Jola's welcome was warm and friendly (and she speaks English too). I had a lovely stay in a mobile home that Jola herself had renovated and fitted out. It had everything I needed and the heaters worked well (I was there in autumn). I was there to visit the Thiepval Monument and so the location could hardly have been better – there are several walking and cycling routes that pass right by the campsite and lead to the monument and other WWI places of interest in the area. There's also a park with lakes right next door and a great cycle/footpath direct from the railway station to the park. The campsite itself was extremely quiet when I was there so I had some great nights' sleep on the comfy bed. Would recommend.

De locatie is uitstekend om Wereld Oorlog I sites te bezoeken. Het geeft een leuk kampeer-gevoel en de plaatselijke mobilhomes hebben meer ruimte dan een klassiek hotel. Deze camping ligt in een rustig gebied, op wandelafstand van de stad en van een grootwarenhuis. De mobilhomes zijn tip-top in orde, en de host is supervriendelijk.

Rustige camping op loopafstand van Albert. Ideaal vertrekpunt om de omgeving te bezoeken. Attente gastvrouw die je wegwijs maakt.
