The apartment was very spacious

A lot of details felt undone

The property was in a good position and there was parking outside. I found a place to walk my dog close by and there was a good choice of bars and restaurants a short walk away.

The entrance was in the process of being renovated/decorated which was not very inviting. One of the beds was very unsteady as though the legs hadn't been put on properly. Also, there were no window coverings anywhere which meant we were woken when it got light. There should be some form of blind or curtains, especially in the bedrooms. There was no hanging space despite the rooms being large enough. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Although there was a washing machine and dishwasher (not really needed for a short stay) there was not enough crockery. There were 2 dinner plates, 2 side plates (one cracked), no coffee mugs but loads of glasses and enough saucepans to cook for an army!! Three of the cupboards had food in them. The bathroom had 3 small hand towels and 1 slightly larger but no bath towels or bath mat. We couldn't work the TV. We were only 2 people plus a dog but had our party been bigger (and with 2 bedrooms it looks as though it could take more) there would not have been enough of anything. There are bar stools and a dining table for 6 but only comfortable seating for 2 and as mentioned before not enough plates etc. It didn't feel like it was set up properly to receive guests. These are not particularly complaits but suggestions on how the property could be better set up

Excellent location , plenty of space

It was great for us but elderly people may struggle with the stairs

Location was good to break up the journey from Uk- LeShuttle to Chamonix

Freezing cold on arrival as the heating wasn’t on and it was freezing outside. The bedding was unwashed, smelt and had hair in the bed, completely unacceptable

Die Lage war sehr gut für die Durchreise. Von der Autobahn ist man schnell dort und die Wohnung liegt innerhalb Cambrais trotzdem zentral.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht renoviert. Es wirkt, als wenn vieles ausschließlich für "schöne Fotos" optimiert wurde. Dachfenster sind defekt, sodass sich diese nicht wieder richtig schließen lassen, ein Regalbrett in der Küche fällt fast aus der Wand, die elektrischen Heizkörper sind offensichtlich zu schwer für die sehr dünnen Rigips-Wände und hängen z.T. gerade noch in der Wand, einzelne stehen auch schon ausgebrochen auf dem Boden.

Le logement est spacieux, mais il pourrait être plus agréable avec quelques ajustements : - des rideaux aux fenêtres pour éviter la visibilité depuis l'extérieur. - un livret avec des indications pour le fonctionnement des différents appareils mis à disposition et des suggestions de visites environnantes.

- Le manque de réponse de la part des propriétaires à ma demande d'arrivée en avance ( même s'ils ne souhaitaient pas que nous arrivions une heure avant, ils auraient pu au moins me faire part d'une réponse négative...) - Les photos du site ne correspondent pas vraiment à ce que nous avons eu à l'arrivée ( cafetière Tassimo au lieu de la cafetière à grains sur la photo ), manque de propreté ( aspirateur non vidé et capsule Tassimo dans la cafetière ) - radiateur décroché du mur
