La taille de l’appartement et son confort est partait pour 2 couples et 1 enfant. La localisation est très bien, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville.
Si il y avait quelques bémols, ils seraient pour le manque de patères/porte-manteaux dans les chambres et surtout dans la salle de bain. Il manquait également un volet roulant dans le salon, ce qui a été légèrement gênant pour éviter la lumière matinale de la personne qui a dormi dans le canapé lit du salon
