Great place - a studio room within and old chateau which was a bit of a surprise!

Very nice place with very secure car park.

It didn't really matter for a one night stay but the kitchen corner wasn't very well equipped.

Fenêtres cuisine donnant sur le trottoir il serait judicieux de mettre des petits stores intérieurs ou rideaux car les passants sont juste à côté et voient l intérieur c est gênant …

Schönes Studio, kürzlich renoviert und sehr sauber. Gutes Doppelbett (allerdings etwas hoch). Geräumiges Badezimmer. Gute Heizung/Klimaanlage. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, und Kaffee-Teemaschine. Parkplatz durch Zaun und Tor (mit Code) gesichert. Fußentfernung zu Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof. Bäckerei 60m entfernt. Leichte Kommunikation mit Management. Einlass per Tür-Code.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch um ein paar Dinge ergänzt werden, z.B. Kaffee-/Teebecher in normaler Größe, Schneidebrett.

Belle surprise!

Le stationnement est facile, bien situé à 2 pas de la gare (50m), la façade ne paye pas de mine, mais l’intérieur est super! Caché de l’ancien,matériaux et équipements moderne! Superbe hall,Distributeur de snack/boisson. Les finitions des travaux réalisés sont top! Le lit super confortable.rien à redire

Peut être un coup d’aspi qui n’a pas été fait le jour de notre arrivée.Mais cela n’est pas des plus dérangeant, le principal pour ma part la propreté du linge de lit, des serviettes et des sanitaires 👌

Schitterend appartement in hartje Cambrai.

Het appartement ligt zeer centraal in Cambrai en is daarmee een zeer goed vertrekpunt voor de bezienswaardigheden in de stad, maar ook voor de verschillende restaurantjes. Het station ligt op loopafstand en parkeren is op privéterrein, zonder elektrisch oplaadpunt, maar deze zijn op meerdere plekken in de stad te vinden. Het appartement lijkt net opgeleverd te zijn en we hebben het idee dat we de eerste gasten zijn. Alles is piekfijn in orde, schoon en netjes. Het appartement is zeer ruim met twee airco's en de bedden slapen prima. De badkamer is ruim met regendouche.

We ontbeten op de kamer, maar er was geen broodmes om het (stok)brood te snijden en ook waren er geen vleesmessen als je zou willen koken. Maar dit was een kleinigheid vergeleken bij het volgende. Echt irritant waren de lichten die aangingen met de bewegingsmelder in het tussengangetje. Als je op bed lag en met de voeten bewoog gingen deze al aan, dus ook 's nachts. Deze lampen waren sowieso overbodig, mijn advies is om deze weg te halen. Het licht was überhaupt overdadig en te veel. Het kon niet gedimd worden, dus dat is een tip: vervang de lichtknoppen door dimmers.

Bilocale nuovissimo a due passi dal centro. Letto molto comodo e cucina con attrezzatura base, più forno a microonde e macchina caffè Nespresso. Spazi ampi, letto molto comodo. Arredato con gusto. Presenza di riscaldamento e condizionatore sia in camera che in cucina. Self check in molto semplice. Risposta dell'host cortese e veloce. Noi ci siamo fermati come tappa di passaggio al ritorno dall'Inghilterra, ma l'appartamento potrebbe essere un'ottima base per esplorare le zone circostanti. Prezzo ottimo.

Avevo scelto la struttura anche perché avevo capito che c'era un parcheggio chiuso per auto e moto. Confermo esistenza parcheggio auto chiuso con cancello, non è stato tuttavia reso possibile il parcheggio della moto. Non è tuttavia stato un problema, strada tranquilla e molti parcheggi. La moto parcheggiata in strada era visibile dalla finestra dell'appartamento. Vista la qualità della struttura e degli arredi consiglio cambio asciugamani, quelli presenti non erano della stessa qualità del resto della struttura. Tappetino doccia liso. Ottima la pulizia in tutti gli ambienti eccetto il pavimento della cucina in alcuni punti. Nell'ingresso del palazzo c'è una macchina automatica per snack e bevande, utilissima peccato che non era funzionante. Sarebbe stara gradita l'offerta di acqua, data la presenza di bollitore e macchina del caffè. tratta di piccoli consigli per raggiungere la perfezione, consiglio il soggiorno ad occhi chiusi

Excellente expérience. Très bonne localisation entre la gare et le centre ville et avec un parking privatif. Bons resto juste à côté. L’accès est digitalisé et sécurisé. Conciergerie 24/24, c’est pas courant. Tout est neuf et la déco très sympa. Grand confort, sdb top et clim. Mention spéciale pour la literie niveau 5* et l’insonorisation. On reviendra
