Nice place, terrible host.

The apartments were fine and the location was great.

Communication was horrible, the worst I have experienced in decades of using vacation rentals. Host took way too long to answer questions and was at times almost rude in their replies. In addition one of our group accidentally left a bag that included prescription medication and glasses and host has been uncommunicative and unwilling to ship even though my friend is willing to pay for all costs. Terrible experience with this host.

Appartement tres moderne, propre et bien situe

Appartement annonce pouvant accueillir 4 adultes, mais le canapeblit ne fait que 1m de large sur le sommier donc impossible de mettre 2 personnes surble canape lit. Le proprietaire a fait celui qui decouvrait ce probleme. Donc bel appartement mais seulement pour 2 ou 3p. De plus le canape lit n'est pas de grand confort. On a du trouver un matelas pour coucher la 4eme personbe par terre.. Donc annonce totalement inexacte

Logement spacieux et confortable à proximité de tout

Logement très spacieux, aménagé avec goût et très confortable. Situé à proximité du centre et de la gare, ce qui nous a permis de visiter les centres d'intérêt de la région très facilement (Louvre Lens et site minier du 9-9bis notamment).

Absence de WIFI et petit détail : pas de rouleau de papier WC en stock. Nous en avons acheté nous-mêmes.

Remise des clefs difficile. Règlement obligatoire d’une caution de 200€ en plus de remettre ma pièce d’identité. L’hygiène de l’appartement(la salle de bain trace de calcaire sur les sanitaires,le réfrigérateur pas propre le meuble de rangement sous évier pas propre,la terrasse très sale le cendrier je n’en parle pas, appareil pour le café plein de calcaire.) La chambre n’a pas de volet pour cacher le soleil.

Déçu. Ménage non fait et toilettes face a la douche

La décoration moderne de cet appartement est aussi la superficie 50 m².

Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons pu constater dans la chambre que les anciens draps de ceux qui avaient loué avant n’avaient pas été enlevé, même si nous n’avions pas pris l’option des draps et des serviettes. Pour nous, le ménage n’avait pas été fait la poubelle de la salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyée Beaucoup de calcaire sur la robinetterie. Ce week-end il faisait plus de 30°. Il y avait un ventilateur à disposition qui ne marchait pas. Pas de volet dans la chambre donc pour dormir dans le noir compliqué. Quand j’ai loué chez cette personne, j’ai eu le choix de plusieurs photos, mais je ne savais pas sur quel appartement j’allais tomber? Les toilettes étaient face à la douche. J’ai trouvé des toiles d’araignée dans le salon, le nettoyage du micro-onde n’a pas été fait. J’ai trouvé ça cher pour le prix et la qualité.
