I expected a better room for the fare

Central location

The photo on the site is not the hotel. The hotel is delapidated, the reception is through a side door under some stairs. I booked a double room and was offered a very small single in a shocking condition.

a budget stay …

location is ok and parking is easy (public car park just in front of hotel)

well, it is a run down hotel with smelly bathroom (pipe smell and damp) and no sound insulation whatsoever. However, it is also the cheapest in the area, so you get what you pay I suppose (still 60 euros per night though)

Bathrooms are extremely smelly since day 1. Very uncomfortable beds. So much noise and screaming during the day and sometimes in the evening also Too expensive for the value

Tout quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre, j’ai pris peur, je ne suis pas quelqu’un de compliqué du tout mais quand j’ai vu l’état de saleté dans la chambre c’est juste horrible et pas possible. Heureusement y avait juste un lit propre

Il y a une fenêtre de casser juste devant la chambre qui m'a été attribué le froid et l'humidité était dans la chambre j'ai du mettre le chauffage à fond pour ne pas avoir froid. L'état de la chambre pourrais être un peu amélioré.

C’est du vol

Rien. Une chambre louée 155€ alors que derrière la porte le prix est indiqué à 60€.

Pas de table de nuit, pas d’armoire ou de rangement, pas de volets pour un rdc, pas de porte manteaux. Le nettoyage pas fait. Poussière partout. Salle de bain aménagée soit disant pour handicapé mais sans propreté. Accueil sommaire. Porte de l’hôtel grande ouverte toute la nuit avec des courants d’air. Pas de personnel le matin au moment du départ vers 9h00. Cet hôtel est à moitié délabré contrairement aux photos publiées. Tout cela pour une chambre à 155€. Prix indigne pour un hotel indigne. Le client est volé.

Très correct pour le prix

Pour ce tarif, cela correspondait à la prestation. Assez grande chambre avec un petit balcon très agréable. Lit un peu dur mais tout a fait correct. Très bien situé à 5 min de la gare.

Salle de bain très petite mais encore une fois pour ce prix que demander de plus.

Er beviel totaal niets. Alleen de jongeman achter de balie deed zijn uiterste best.

Alles viel erg zwaar tegen. Nog geen 10 euro waard. Het gehele hotel is zwaar verouderd en niet onderhouden,in de vloer gaten, behang zat los. Douchecel bijzonder klein en niet meer normaal vies. Zelfs het bed was schoon opgemaakt met vieze lakens echt ransig.

Les canalisations sont très bruyantes et les chambres très peu insonorisées. Donc quand c’est l’heure de dormir, on est dans la douche des voisins.

accueil malgré que l arrivee doit se faire max 22h le Mr m a appelé et l a dit d appeler quand j arriverai

arrestation de police en bas de l hôtel en arrivant hôtel rudimentaire odeur affreuse d humidité au 2 eme etage et dans ma chambre affreux mais la chambre est certes simple mais très propre et j ai bien dormi
