Awful we asked for a second room which was worst than the first we left!!!

Comfy bed

Broke toilet seat. Toilet was disgusting. Picture showed private bathroom which wasn't the case. The description said otherwise but would be worth including an appropriate picture for the listing. Shower had no curtains and was clear stained glass overlooking another apartment block.

Pretty poor, I would not recommend anyone staying here

The breakfast was pretty reasonable but 6 euros for a bit of bread, a croissant, apple, some juice and a small coffee

The hotel manager was rude and short with me. My card was declined because they had a poor card machine and he acted like it was my fault and practically almost ordered me to go and get some cash from the bank. They made little to no attempt to accommodate my bicycle. The manager on at least two occasions tried to cheat me by charging me the tourist tax (when it was meant to be included) and also adding a couple of extra euros to my bill until I pulled him up on it. I ended up paying the tourist tax anyway which was annoying and then he tried to short change me. The next morning the staff member in duty seemed to be rushing me to leave. I would have considered eating at the hotel on the evening of my stay if they hadn't been so rude but I made the much better decision of going across the road to an excellent restaurant where the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful! I have NO time for rude people and would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like being treated poorly.

A part l'hôtel, le séjour était parfait entre amis

la situation géographique

Réservé et payé pour 6 chambres et à l' arrivée il n'y avait que 5 chambres. Donc aucun remboursement 1 chambre. On nous annonce le petit déjeuner compris , mais le bar était fermé le dimanche matin donc pas de café juste un sac papier avec un jus d'orange une madeleine et un pain au chocolat dans un sachet. Nous avons pris à nos frais un petit déjeuner" 13,90 euros" à l' hôtel styles à Lens centre gare. En plus on nous annonce parking gratuit et là encore problème parking payant " 10,40 euros" j'ai donc payé une chambre simple que je n'ai pas eu "47,00euros les 6 petits déjeuners à 13,90 euros 2 parkings payants pour les 2 voitures" 10,40 euros par voiture". 0 remboursement et qui va nous dedommager?

Nul même pour une nuit.

Pas d'ascenseur monter deux étages étroits avec deux valises. Croisé un type bizarre ( hématomes sur tout son visage) et qui a claqué sa porte toute la nuit. La lumière du couloir qui ce voit de la chambre. Chambre très petite et sale. Les murs sont très fins. Pas de télécommande de la t.v. Douche et wc vu sur le lit . Sans rideau ni porte. Lit inconfortable avec un plaid. On a eu froid. Petit déjeuner en guise de collation. Un pain au chocolat de grande surface. Une madeleine et un jus d'orange. Vraiment nul comme hôtel.

Impossible d'avoir un simple café à une heure décente le lendemain matin, le petit déjeuner consistant en un sac garni de produits sous blister et de 2 petites bouteilles de faux jus d'orange donnés la veille ! Douche et WC totalement ouvertes dans la chambre, aucun rideau ni aucune porte de séparation !! Matelas trop court ... Beaucoup de bruits la nuit !

Chambre sale, insectes morts sur le sol, 4 mini-sachets de shampoing mais pas de savon pour les mains ni pour le corps, petit déjeuner compris mais remplacé par une collation : boisson et viennoiserie industrielles infectes. Prix annoncé sur Booking : 39€ au lieu de 47€, mais changement à la réservation : 48€ à payer, et 3,40€ sur place pour la taxe de séjour ! Hors de prix pour le service et les prestations offerts.
