Great location. Comfortable bed. Good facilities. Quiet when we were there. Nice and clean. Great art on the walls. Places nearby like Spurn Point and Burton Constable were fabulous.
Plug in bathroom sink didn't work.

Very convenient for the town. Comfortable space with outdoor area for dog. Well equipped kitchen.
Unfortunately had some noise from flat above (not the hosts fault) and not from all as only happened after a changeover. Noise was constant stomping on floor (it sounded like) Would not put me off booking again as seemed to be a one off.
