Not the best!
Location was good.
Lots of dog hairs on the carpet. We have a dog but he doesn’t shed & i’m allergic to dog hairs. Only stayed one night, normally i bring my own vac with me just in case. The whole house needs a lot of TLC, painting, new sofas etc etc. Dumped in the garden was an old fridge/freezer and the biggest pile of dog muck that wasn’t cleaned up by previous guests/owners. Lots of damp and mould in the house, the toilet seat is yellow, wouldn’t cost much to change and would be much fresher/hygienic. The shower was nice but the bathroom had a dirty stale smell coming from the toilet and a fair bit of mould on the ceiling. Was ok for one night but wouldn’t recommend & won’t be staying again. We did check in hr early, sorry for this. We just put our things away and went out.

A comfortable night
The location was fabulously quiet, and the bungalow was comfortable and clean. Parking was on the proparty itself. The heating system was very effective. We only stayed overnight and slept, so didn't use much of the facilities, but it looked well stocked. Great value and we'd be happy to return when we stay in the area again.
A couple of reviews have mentioned a bit of mold. Understandable in the bathroom, as there isn't an extractor. It would be much better if one was fitted. Beds are firm, but still comfortable. We bring our own pillows everywhere, so can't speak to the comfort of the pillows. Just a couple of notes: The lock box is at the back of the property, to the right of the front door, between the porch and back bedroom window. This wasn't mentioned in the introductory message, and I wouldn't have wanted to be searching in the dark for it. There are two keys on the keyring. One works on the front door, but the other doesn't fit the back door. From a fire safety point of view, I would've liked two disabled access fire exits points (yes, able bodies could climb out of a window easily, but not the infirm). There are spots of mold under the TV, under the bay window, and by the back door (which is adjacent to the bathroom, so that may be bathroom moisture). The house didn't smell of damp, and I wasnt overly concerned. But I would encourage the owner to address the underlying cause.

Really enjoyed it. Ideal location to stay the night in Withernsea.
Perfect little place to spend the night. Parking was good. Back garden was great for the dogs.
No key for back door (or it was the bent key that did not work). No instructions for the heating. No key safe (the key was in the front door).

Enjoyable, brief and everything was fine for us. Comfortable and warm.
The beds were comfortable and it slept six. Dogs were allowed free of charge which was ideal for us. It had a nice safe garden for the dogs and a lovely hot shower. Kitchen facilities were good too.
It smelt like it needed aired when we arrived but we just opened some windows.

Property was adequate for our needs. Good location but lacking in basic facilities.
Good location for the nearby event we attended. Bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen clean despite some patches of mould (see below)
Property was cold and took hours to warm, not helped by having no radiator in sitting room. Lack of basic facilities such as hand-wash, oven gloves, can opener, bottle opener....coffee provided was filter coffee yet nothing to brew it in. Numerous areas around property had mould evident.
