As we were fishing acces to the beach would have been helpful although we were able to find parking easy on the sea front ( can be difficult during the eobc competition), I would be tempted to have some agreement with the small campsite next door for this

It was enjoyable and having the space of a house was lovely.
It was very easy to get the keys and the house was great. The facilities were excellent and there was plenty of parking space.

Exceptional
It was like home from home. What a brill find easy walking distance to the beach to walj your dogd and to stroll into town. Hull is only a 3o minute journey. We had a very chilled and relaxed time . Can't wait to rebook
