Awful, dirty, freezing, rude hosts, would never stay here again. Ended up leaving early.

Was freezing, dirty, unsafe, had to call security out twice on different occasions as we were left with no electricity, couldn’t even use the hob or kettle. Travelled with a 7 month baby and was a serious issue. We ended up leaving early. Host was rude, didn’t communicate with us and when finally answering the phone (text every time instead, even though it was an emergency), shouted at us saying “WHAT ITS NEW YEARS EVE AND IM ON HOLIDAY”. Yet, this was the only contact number they provided. Would not stay here again and would definitely advise for you to think twice before booking. I took all other negative reviews with a pinch of salt, but I deftly agree with all of them. We left the property cleaner than how we found it. Owner was insulted when we raised this, however they need to hire new cleaners. Owners were also shocked at our negative review but since we found out that the previous guests left early before us too because of the same reason!

Nice holiday

Was nice break nice clean caravan lovely site we go every year same site different caravans only down fall is the internet 50 GB only lasted two days n that was £16 so telly was crap only few channels to watch but otherwise lovely holiday

That you had pay for internet which didn't last long n the bar was expensive understand they have make money but when on budget n shit entertainment it's not worth going the club still had good time though holidays are what ever you make them

Disappointed

Good location. Quiet. Nice grounds.

Caravan was a bit tatty. Pieces of wood sticking out from bed which you bashed your shins on. Floor was sticky and we had to mop even though it had just been cleaned. No WiFi for the first 2 days. No direct access to the beach. Cutlery draw was minging. The caravan was left cleaner than when we arrived. £20 charge for a small dog was VERY excessive seeing how tatty the caravan is and how it needs a bloody good clean and upgrade.

Dont go to this place!!

Not much apart from it was well stocked with pots and pans.

The place was discusting. I had to clean it before we sat in it. The bedding smelt. I had to buy pillowcases as they were marked, the towels also had brown stains on them. It was very dated and in need of refurbishment. I was really disappointed, you dont get access to the facilities either unless you pay a ridiculous amount...

Beautiful seaside.

We loved the peaceful and quiet location of the caravan with greenery and large, sunny decking around it.Well kept grounds, beautiful seaside. There were plenty of cleaning products, kitchen was well equipped, linen and towels were provided.

Decking chairs are in need of repainting or replacing. Some of the cabinets veneer is peeling off (cutlery drawer needs attention). Access to double bed is quite restricted, beach is accessible by steep stairs, difficult for older people or children but there are benches on top and the middle levels to admire sea views.

Great van everything you need for a weekend away good position easy to get to the beach which is lovely. there is a little town which is in easy walking distance has everything you might need great fish n chip shop.

Pobyt udany odnośnie caravanu i trafiona pogoda.

Lokalizacja dobra. Blisko centrum,plaza,sklepy,plac zabaw. Nie potrzebny transport spacerkiem 10-15 min.czysto i wszystko co potrzebne w wyposarzeniu. Ciche miejsce

Problem z ciepła woda oraz internetem,ale zostal rozwiązany na drugi dzień co było niezbyt komfortowe dla nas gdyż po długiej podróży chcieliśmy się normalnie odświeżyć. Miało być wszystko spr a tu taka usterka wyszla.
