Highly recommended cozy getaway.

John and Julie were wonderful and kept us updated on the property, how to gain access etc. The chalet was immaculate, warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. The beach was so close and a wonderful experience even on a rainy weekend. We had a lovely relaxing break from very busy schedules. John and Julie added some personal touches in a welcome note to us, a beautiful flower left for us and other thoughtful things left for us. I would definitely return with my little family.

Everything you needed. Quiet location but close enough to walk to withernsea. Although only 2 of us can easily accommodate a family of 4. TVs in every room and free Wi-Fi. Clean and bright. Great nights sleep on a very comfortable double bed. Clear information given as to key entry and again inside regarding Wi-Fi etc.

A lovely cosy cabin, great value for money with excellent hosts.

The property was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Excellent facilities with a short walk to the beach. The small gated patio was excellent for the dogs who enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by. The owners were great right from booking through to our stay, giving information and even making suggestions on where we might want to stop for food / drink when out and about. Nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay again!

Very peaceful and friendly neighbours, accommodation clean and tidy, had all you need ie iron vac etc!

Although shops nearby there is no shop on site , so if you arrive by taxi bring the basics

Great Stay

We had a wonderful two-night stay as a family of three plus our little dog. The chalet was fantastic, full of thoughtful touches—comfortable beds, cosy reclining chairs and sofas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom. The location was perfect, right next to a park, and we really enjoyed the refreshing 30-minute walk along the sea. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily return!

Best Holiday ever

We liked how clean and tidy it was. We liked that it had everything we needed. We liked the site and the Duck and rabbit on site pub, the fact it had a family room. We especially liked that straight opposite the chalet was a park my daughter loved it, we could see her playing from the chalet. The bed was comfy and I liked the bedding. The hosts were amazing even made sure we had a highchair and bed rail, as we have a 6 year old and a 1 year old. We liked how friendly people were on site too. Definitely going to stay again. Thank you again John and Julie

Cosy and quiet stay at the coast with owners that went out of their way.

The owners will great and went out of their way to answer any questions and let us check in early. The chalet is cosy and has excellent little extras; WiFi is great and fans were provided too.
