Lovely little gem of a place!

Very warm, quiet and close to everything ...perfect for us.

We had to wash plates and cutlery before using because both had food stuck to them.

Adequate thank you.

There was no breakfast provided. We had to ask for the bed linen and towels for the sofa bed as it wasn’t there. The lady provided it no problem.

There was a fracas outside at midnight which went on for a hour and the police were called by our next door neighbour.

Overall very good, ideal for seaside break - would visit again

The location is central to everything, short walks to shops, restaurants, friendly pubs and not leaving out the beach. Equipped with more than enough utensils, crockery, bedding n towels. Host, Claire, really friendly who met us straight away on arrival

Didn’t realise 1st floor apartment on booking, stairs really steep and narrow. People with a larger frame would struggle to get in the shower, small opening at the end of the fitted screen. Weren’t warned about workmen arriving 7.45 to knock walk down in front of property.

Suited our needs for a short self contained break

Ample space decent sized bedrooms. Easy access to the property. Friendly host. Handy for the town centre and sea front.

Lovely apartment and really friendly owner .

Clean and really nice environment .

The stairs , my golden retriever would go down the stairs due to how steep they were . We ended up carrying her

Great stay 2 friends and a dog in 2 bed apartment Stairs steep but typical of Victorian terrace

Clare was very friendly. We asked for a clothes airer and on another occasion iron & ironing board both came within minutes delivered by Claire. Full size fridge freezer and washing machine Great location, beach and centre of Withernsea within 5 minutes walk.

Needs a bath mat and hooks in bathroom.

Cheap, basic getaway, great central location

Central location, good on site parking, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, quiet area, friendly and helpful staff. Very cheap nightly rate. Basic accommodation. Allowed dogs so probably why basic.

Very steep thin tread stairs up to flat, small shower room, low pressure shower, everywhere needed finishing off. Sofas uncomfortable.

Super friendly hosts, comfortable flat in a central location meant a very relaxing stay.

super central location close to all the facilities. flat was comfortable and the hosts were available to answer any questions.

Only thing was the steepness of the stairs which were a bit too much for our Dachshund but we were well aware of that and it didn't affect our stay.
