Es war sehr geräumig und sauber ! Alles vorhanden was man so benötigt in einem apartment ! Leicht zu erreichen und alles was man braucht war gut zu Fuß erreichbar ! Der Vermieter war auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich !

Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament znajduje się w samym sercu Palermo, kilka kroków od głównych atrakcj. Jest w pełni wyposażony, łącznie z produktami śniadaniowymi.Komunikacja z gospodarzem, była bardzo dobra, osobiście przekazał nam klucze jak również pozwolił wcześniej zostawić bagaże. Łóżko, choć rozkładane, jest bardzo wygodne, czystość, komfort i balkon z widokiem na deptak.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It's clear the owner cares. A big plus is the good communication with the owner. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. There's a double induction stove, an electric kettle, and a microwave. We were missing a sharp knife and a sponge for dishwashing. We bought it. The apartment has an entrance from Via Maqueda and is located on the first floor. There's no elevator. It has two rooms, each with a narrow, opening mini balcony overlooking the pedestrian Via Maqueda. The smaller room also has a desk and a large wardrobe.

The apartment has four drawbacks worth mentioning. The first is the noise, as the balconies overlook Palermo's busiest pedestrian street, Via Maqueda. Even with the shutters closed, it's very noisy at all times of the day and night. Garbage trucks also pass by in the morning and make a lot of noise. Earplugs seem to help, but you can't wear them all the time. The second drawback is the lack of heating. There is air conditioning, but it only cools—the heating doesn't work. The third drawback is the fold-out bed, which is not very comfortable, short, and creaky. People over 175 cm tall will have their legs sticking out. The fourth drawback is the wireless internet, which pretends to work. If you do manage to connect, it works (poorly) for a while and then disconnects you. The fact that the internet didn't work was probably the most irritating factor.

È un luogo splendido per vivere appieno Palermo. Nel centro storico, tutto è a portata di mano: monumenti, autobus, il centro città. Un'esperienza che ci conduce alla vera vita palermitana.
