Suite Quaroni

The location of Suite Quaroni was great however thats about it. The room is not very soundproof both to the busy streets outside and within the hotel itself. Our room was right next to the front desk, so we felt this compromised privacy. On that same topic, there was a light fixture broken/missing with just wires sticking out of the wall on when we arrived the first day. Despite having our "Do Not Disturb" Sign on the outside of the door at all times, by time we got back to our place the third day, the light fixture had been miraculously fixed and our "Do Not Disturb" sign had been moved to the inside of our door, which we noticed after waking up to a knock from housekeeping. Essentially, they had gone in our room without us knowing and our "Do Not Disturb" sign was on, and did not say anything. As for customer service, we were given the contact for Angelo for checkout. We inquired about early check out and getting a ride to the airport via their advertised "24h Shuttle Service". (Which does not exist by the way), Angelo told us Francesco would call us and explain everything, however Francesco did not call us, but rather ended up knocking on our door right when we woke up to talk to us (Do not disturb sign still on). He also asked us at midnight if he could come check the room on our last night for check-out, which I have never heard of with any other stay. I would not recommend for sake of lack of privacy.

Absolutely lovely property! Perfectly situated in the heart of Palermo, this property is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are a great size and have a wonderful bathroom with an amazing shower. We highly recommend this property!
