Central Room with Private bathroom and Patio!

Very good location close to Borough station and bus stops. Large bathroom. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Relatively moderate price for central London.

You're renting an en-suite bedroom in the landlord's private apartment. Guestroom had not quite been cleared of landlord's private stuff (clothes, shoes, textiles). There's a sparsely furnished outside space (two garden chairs and a table), your enclosed by 4-5 floors of buildings with a view of a blank white wall. Whole space is one level down from street level, away from the street. Access via an unfinished concrete staircase with no proper handrail; moped partially blocking upper end of stairs didn't help! Only one access, courtyard outdoors has no exit. Bathroom showed signs of damp issues (flaking paint and plaster), and on the morning of our last night we woke up at 7:45 to the sound of significant water dripping down the bathroom light fitting onto the floor.

Tutto, ottima posizione, appartamento completo di tutto, e quando dico tutto, dico veramente tutto, metropolitana a 50 metri, bus idem, negozi e ristoranti di tutti i tipi a portata di mano, borough a 200 metri, museo Tate a 500 metri ecc. ecc. Michele presente e super disponibile. Davvero tutto perfetto.

The greatest advantage of the property is his location : next tho Borough Underground station, - Borough Market, London Bridge Station and London Bridge are 10-12 mins away from the property. In close distance are buses to London City Center. You can find several supermarkets, bakery, Italian Supermarket and Starbucks in close distance. The kitchen is modern equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine with capsules, hot water kettle, utensils and crockery. The room has a double bed 160/200, TV, wardrobe, bedside cabinets. The room leads into a nice spacious bathroom.

“Central room with private bathroom and patio” is literally a room and a bathroom attached to it shared with the landlord (host) of the property: shared patio, shared kitchen and shared living room, which are located underground (basement) level of the building. The host is living in the apartment and one of the rooms is yours. In the shared living room there is not enough space for you and the landlord and his company. The patio is shared and is not equipped with a table and chairs on which you can relax.
