The location is in a clean, quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. It's about a 10 min walk to Kennington subway station, where a convenience store located across the street.

The location is convenient, with both Underground stations and bus stops within walking distance. The self check-in process was easy thanks to the detailed instructions, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They even provided a UK power adapter when I asked. Having a private bathroom was also a big advantage, especially in a house with multiple guest rooms. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The room could have been cleaner, as I found some hair and even a comb left behind. It also became quite warm despite the fan being on. The bathroom, especially the shower, was very small. Because the house has wooden floors, footsteps from other guests were easy to hear, and sound insulation could be improved.
