Very standard accommodation, it isn’t glitz and glamour but has all the essentials and that was perfect for me! - room and facilities were very clean, room had a mini fridge so was very helpful to keep my drinks cold -I stayed in the large room with the garden, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft, the wardrobe was a nice bonus to hang my clothes in - location was close to the underground and in a neighbourly area so felt very safe and was easy to get to - the host was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier and checking out later which they didn’t have to do at all which was so kind of them! - the WiFi had great signal and the room came with a tv with all streaming platforms - I was nervous about the shared bathroom and shower, however they were really clean and the shower was rather quiet, so I wasn’t disturbed by others and didn’t feel as though I was disturbing either. - alongside a house key, individual rooms were labelled and also were given keys to lock the doors to keep all of your belongings safe for when you’re out exploring! Myself and my belongings always felt safe here.

- the floorboards are very creaky, especially being downstairs. The room directly above me I could hear every movement and muffled conversations, however I did bring my earplugs and eye mask just incase of something like this so it wasn’t the end of the world for me, but if you are a light sleeper, be aware and come prepared! - only other issue I experienced was the front door was very stiff to close properly and lock, there was some occasions where I would come back and the door wasn’t locked, or returning guests would shut the door and think they had locked it but I would double check and notice they hadn’t and so I would lift the handle up with some pressure for the latch to properly lock.

Very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Good location to tube station.
