Central London. Location was easy walk to Elephant & Castle. Decent access to groceries and food services. Heatwave likely prejudiced my experience and London is simply very expensive.
Sweltering hot with only small fan and no air circulation. Single thin pillow. No sheets available 1st night, apart from mattress cover. Single bathroom for 5 rooms on ground floor. Noisy - adjacent bathroom and courtyard. Did not seem like the best area of city.
