Beautiful hill side house

The house is beautiful and big, with wonderful views of Launceston, the cleanliness was excelent and despite there being many guests, it remains clean and quiet. The house has all you can need during your stay. You can enjoy in the balcony or gardens. The host doesn´t speak any english but is kind and try her best with a simultaneous translator

We enjoyed our stay but i want to highlight few points: before we arrived, i received a message from the host saying she had to cancel our reservation, and after she confirmed everything was ok. I tried to call the property sometimes to make sure everything was ok, never answered. When we arrived i showed her the room asigned by message and she said was occupied for somebody else, but she checked the rooms and gave us another one easily. She showed us the room and argued i paid a bit more for a room with balcony (in booking.com appears like this), and she said they dont have any room with balcony and all the rooms have the same price, but it wasn´t true, as i have choosen the most expensive for the balcony. As the communication was a bit complicate as she didn´t speak any english and she used the simultaeous translator all the times, we accepted the room and after that she sent a message saying the next day we had to change the room to another one the second night (room 0): with BALCONY (actually is a shared balcony with the common one, but still is a balcony in the room). She helped us to move our stuffs and she was respectful and kind all the times. To be honest, i think they have a little problem with the comunication and they do not know exaclty what is published in booking.com. When we arrived, the first room was really cold, (they forgot the window open) but she brong a heater quickly and was comfy then. We enjoyed our stay and thanks her for the treat and help, but just to let know they should take a look at Booking.com profile and prices.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the facilities.

The property does not have central heating, so the kitchen, dining area, and common areas were always quite cold. Also, whenever we used electrical appliances such as a hair dryer, air conditioner, or electric kettle, the electricity would cut out.
