We absolutely loved our stay here in Launceston. The property had free, safe onsite parking and a separate entrance with its own walkway to the granny flat, so it felt very private and we weren’t disturbing anyone.
Check-in was seamless with keys in a lockbox by the gate, which made arriving super easy. Clive and Elizabeth were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They even have a self-serve veggie stand out the front with fresh homegrown produce and eggs, which was such a lovely touch.
The location is fantastic — just a short, easy drive into Launceston and close to shops. The kitchen was excellent and made it easy to cook our own meals while away, which we really appreciated.
We also loved the TV and the programs available — we were in Tasmania for both holiday and business over two weeks, and it was so nice to unwind after a long day and relax with some TV. The lounges are super comfy too, which made it even better.
The apartment itself was perfect for our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Had dogs and cocky in the back yard. Home feel
The bathroom sink was leaking onto the upper shelf in vanity. Black spots around tap base in sink when leak started
