Beautiful location on the water, and very comfortable accommodation as a base camp for some nearby hiking. Like others, we really enjoyed meeting Charlie, who (with the owner, of course) was a very gracious host!

This property is in a rural location on the edge of the Cluny Lagoon near Ouse. The setting is picturesque and is very private. Whilst it can accommodate large groups, if you book as a couple you still have exclusive use.
The property suited our needs so there was nothing to dislike. Just be aware that all beds are upstairs with bathroom downstairs.

It was an excellent example of how beautiful and serene Tasmania is in the country. I loved this stay. The bunkhouse is close to the main house but Brad gives you complete privacy, which is one thing I want in a stay but have seen in other reviews he is accommodating if you would like a chat or help with lighting the fire pit etc. the bunkhouse is clean and comfortable.
I liked everything, just go slow on the short gravel road it takes you to drive in.

It has a lovely outlook of the Lake. The lounge room was comfortable and warm. Bed was comfortable and warm. The owner seemed lovely on the phone.
The rubbish on the slope to the lake. Birds in the ceiling scratching around.
