Situated on 'Island Views' property, it is worth the drive up the hill to admire the magnificent view of Tamar Island on arrival at the cottage. Only 10 mins from the Launceston GPO and on the Tamar Valley wine route. Approximately 500 metres to Tamar Island Wetlands Centre, birdwatching and boardwalk to the island. A must for tourists.
Reverse cycle heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. Macracarpa pine kitchen benches are a stunning feature of the cottage. Bathroom includes both bath and shower.
Less than 15 minutes by car to Launceston GPO, Cataract Gorge and chair-lift, 10 minutes to Grindlewald Swiss Village. Graham's Cottage is ideally situated for visits to local wineries, restaurants, cafes and beaches.

This property was cosy and quaint with lovely views of the Tamar Valley wetlands. Our hosts greeted us with chocolates, fresh fruit and some yummy home made shortbread cookies, and the price per night was amazing! Would certainly recommend to my family and friends!

A wonderful self contained unit, spectacular views of the Tamar wetlands and beyond. The hosts very welcoming and helpful with tourist sights. We really enjoyed our time in beautiful Launceston and the Tamar Valley.

Very steep entrance which nearly impossible to walk up or down A terrible odour inside from the septic wafting through the whole time we were there.Very clean and friendly hosts very welcoming. Upon arrival
