Situated on 'Island Views' property, it is worth the drive up the hill to admire the magnificent view of Tamar Island on arrival at the cottage. Only 10 mins from the Launceston GPO and on the Tamar Valley wine route. Approximately 500 metres to Tamar Island Wetlands Centre, birdwatching and boardwalk to the island. A must for tourists.
Reverse cycle heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. Macracarpa pine kitchen benches are a stunning feature of the cottage. Bathroom includes both bath and shower.
Less than 15 minutes by car to Launceston GPO, Cataract Gorge and chair-lift, 10 minutes to Grindlewald Swiss Village. Graham's Cottage is ideally situated for visits to local wineries, restaurants, cafes and beaches.

Graham's Cottage was comfortable, well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the Tamar Wetlands. Being above and off the main road, it was peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay again. Janine's shortbread were a treat and the bouquet of fresh-from-the-garden herbs helped season one of our dinners. Thank you Janine and Paul!

Very steep entrance which nearly impossible to walk up or down A terrible odour inside from the septic wafting through the whole time we were there.Very clean and friendly hosts very welcoming. Upon arrival
