Tidy, clean and well catered for

Bed was very firm.

Very clean & tidy , nice quiet location.

Cannot fault much , could just use some new pillows for the Main bedroom . Everything else was great !

We recently stayed at Percy Cottage in Devonport for nine days and had a truly wonderful experience. The unit was clean, tidy, and very well maintained, with all facilities working perfectly throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic, making it a great base for exploring the area. What made our stay especially memorable was the kindness and hospitality of the host couple. They were incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and always quick to assist with any questions or requests we had. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring we were comfortable and well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Percy Cottage and will truly miss it. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Devonport and would happily stay again in the future.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The only minor issue for us was that the beds were a bit too soft for our preference. A slightly firmer mattress would have made our stay even more comfortable, but this didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Very convenient location in central Devonport. Very helpful host. Fully self-contained accommodation with everything one may need provided, almost like in one's own home.
