Location, Bavarian charm, friendly neighbors, cleanliness, coziness.
En-suite shower on third floor drained very poorly and needs to be looked at. No window coverings in that bathroom makes it very public when in use after sunset.

Large home located in walkable distance from so much to see and do in the Garmisch area. Full kitchen was definitely a plus. Future guests should venture down the street to the bakerie for the most delicious home made breads, rolls, and pretzels.
Tall people will want to be aware of the low thresholds between rooms. My taller family members actually knocked their heads.
