- modern - new and clean - well appointment - convenient location - sauna, hot tub
- Did not provide tissue paper/ not enough toilet paper for the stay - Close to main road - some traffic noise - Washer and dryer were not clean - filter was full and as a result 1st laundry was ruined

If you are looking for a soulful reset with your four-legged family, this is it. ZSAM chalet perfectly balances rustic Bavarian charm with modern elegance. We loved the proximity to the walking trails, where the easy quiet strolls perfect for our dogs. It’s rare to find a place that is both high-end and genuinely welcoming to pets. Their thoughtfullness- providing dog bowls, and even a little welcome treat- made us feel truly at home. The spacious, semi-fenced yard gave them so much room to play safely while we enjoyed the mountain views. We left with happy hearts and very tired paws! We will be back again!
