The entire house is rented out with its own entrance, laundry room and ski room, 2 TV flats, WLAN, 2 balconies, sunny terrace, garden with barbecue facilities, 2 car parking spaces and much more.
The west-facing terrace and the garden offer a wonderful mountain view of the Garmisch panorama.
The holiday home with a fantastic view of the Alps and garden is located in a side street with hardly any traffic, in which mainly residential houses, but also a traditional carpentry business and a drinks shop are located. You'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity.
