We absolutely loved this apartment. Everything was perfect. The design, the cleanliness, the comfort — all top-notch. Just 5–6 minutes walking to the city center. Surrounded by great restaurants, markets, and even a halal supermarket. The private sauna was a highlight, especially with the beautiful aroma gift box. Every small detail was considered. The kitchen was fully equipped — even with herbs! A special thanks to **Ibrahim**. From the moment we booked, he was helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. One night we had an issue with the electricity, and within 10 minutes, he was at our door. Amazing service. Thank you **Ibrahim** and **Livalpin** for an exceptional stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Centraly located, nice, moden and clean. Sauna and whirlpool in apartment great after skiing.

Some start-up glitches (missing sheets, skiroom) but those were fixee quickly when pointed out

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig, tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Chalet im Dachgeschoss.

Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Einen Tag vor Anreise wurden telefonisch noch die offenen Fragen besprochen und sämtliche Informationen zur Unterkunft (inklusive Fotos und Videoführung durch das Apartment) sowie zur Parksituation usw. weitergegeben. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen: Es wird ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser zur Verfügung gestellt, jeder Gast erhält Dusch- und Saunahandtücher (in die Sauna passen entspannt 6-8 Personen), eine Grundausstattung für den Ankunftstag (wie Kaffeekapseln und Gewürze) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zum Hausberg in Garmisch benötigt man ,mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft aus ca. 5-10 Minuten, zur Talstation Zugspitze ca. 20 Minuten.

بصراحة كل شي عجبني ولو بزور قارمش مره ثانيه، مستحيل اسكن في اي مكان آخر.

إبراهيم وسيزي ما شاء الله عليهم قمة في الذوق والأدب، ويعرفون زين وش معنى خدمة النزيل. تعاملهم مريح مرة، ودوم متواجدين وقت ما أحتاجهم، بس أكلمهم واتساب كول يردّون على طول. أما المكان، بصراحة جميل جدا واستثنائي. تصميمه مريح للعين ويخليك ما ودك تطلع منه، ودك بس تجلس وتدلّع نفسك. الصالة والغرف كلها فيها تلفزيونات ذكية فيها يوتيوب ونتفلكس، تدخل حسابك وتشتغل معك فورًا. المطبخ راقي ومتكامل، وحتى حاطين ماكينة قهوة Sage من أغلى الماركات. النظافة فوق الخيال، والتأمين رجعوه لي كامل وأنا طالع من الشاليه، ما نقص منه ولا سنت، وهذا شي نادر في اوروبا.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und die Wohnung wurde auch kostenfrei zwischengereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und uns bei Fragen sehr schnell weitergeholfen.

Luxus Apartment mit Blick auf die Zugspitze.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Das gesamte Gebäude ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und fällt unter die Kategorie Luxus. Unser Apartment war im Penthouse. Von dort aus hatte man einen tollen Blick auf die Zugspitze. Die Organisation vor Ort war super freundlich und kann ich ebenfalls nur empfehlen 10 von 10!

Das LIVALPIN-Chalet lässt keine Wünsche offen

Nach dem sehr herzlichen Empfang öffnete sich die Tür zu unserem Chalet und wir waren erst einmal sprachlos: Das Appartment ist wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kücheninsel ist komplett mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet, der große Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr detailverliebt und modern gestaltet. Die Aufteilung der drei wunderschönen Schlafzimmer (jedes mit einzelnem Bad) bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für Privatsphäre. Die Sauna ist super, sogar aussergewöhnliche Saunaaufgüsse waren vorhanden. Vom Whirlpool aus kann man auf die Berge schauen. Vom riesigen Balkon, der mit Designer-Möbeln ausgestattet ist, hat man direkten Blick auf die Zugspitze. Dinge für das tägliche Leben kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erhalten. Eine Tiefgarage (kostenlos) ist direkt am Haus, hierin befindet sich ein Skikeller mit beheizten Schuhständern. Alles in allem ein absoluter Traum!

Die Lage und das Interieur sind einzigartig. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und höchsten Designanspruch sind diese Wohnungen konzipiert worden. Der große Wohn/Essbereich lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist top und die Saunazusätze im Preis inbegriffen. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Lage ist für das Einkaufen des täglichen Bedarfs perfekt. Kleines Einkaufszentrum direkt fussläufig wie auch der Bahnhof für die An- und Abreise oder zu den Skigebieten. Also wirklich eine der besten Unterbringungen in Garmisch sind hier entstanden. Skikeller direkt am Haus.

Es gibt vielleicht kleine Verbesserungen, die der Betreiber im Blick hat.
