The rooms were spacious and cleaned quite often. All common areas were cleaned everyday and it was in a great location! But the best part are the family there! Such a joy to be with and they really looked after me and my partner as she was going through a bad hospitalisation and helped organise transportation and always checking in on us. Can’t recommend enough and you’ll stay they are such a joy. Thanks so much!

The staff were very helpful, we arranged a scooter before we arrived as being so far out of town, it was essential for getting anywhere. Our room was comfortable, and cleaned on request every few days. Breakfast was freshly made to order each day, with a selection of seasonal fruit. Staff also arranged a taxi to the airport as Grab drivers can't ever find the place! For us, it was a good location out of town as Kuta was very busy and noisy, but a 10 minute ride got us in to where the action is.

The soundproofing was non existent out to the corridor, so earplugs were essential for sleeping. The shower was always cold, it was fine as the weather was very warm, but a bit warmer would be appreciated.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche de deux lignes de métro. La propreté de la chambre et le personnel très agréable.

La surface de la chambre était un peu petite. Si vous avez de valises il est difficile de circuler dans le reste de la pièce.
