Great location, nice garden and pool, good breakfast
The rooms were basic and pretty rough, although clean, absolutely fine considering this is a budget property , however some the moto gp was on we weren’t paying budget prices, supply and demand!!

Everything. Nice and helpful staff, very clean, great beds, good shower with hot/cold water, beautiful garden, great pancakes for breakfast and scooter rental available on site.
Nothing.

We liked it basically. As part of the accommodation, you can rent a scooter or have your clothes washed. About 3 minutes to the center on the scooter, a little more on foot. Very quiet location.
All was just perfect

Very friendly staff and we were able to rent a motorbike for our stay while we were there. The rooms are clean. Nice quiet area close to central kuta. Good A/C and nice breakfast.
I think we booked a double room but that was meant to be in the house where the family live so we got a twin room instead. The wifi signal from the room was poor. There was no soap, shower gel or shampoo provided. Very basic room, with only a blanket to cover you at night.
