Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The place is simple, but it had most of what was needed. It was clean upon our arrival, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks. There were no coat hangers provided, and there was no hot water (common thing in many accommodations in Lombok it seems and this was known). The accommodation did not offer daily cleaning, and the service was a bit slow at times. Additionally, we missed having a proper, traditional door for the bathroom.
Despite these issues, it is a nice place to stay if you are looking for straightforward, good-value accommodation.

Everything in the room seemed brand new, and I really liked it; it’s a lovely place, the host is very kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
