The pool and grounds are beautiful and it’s away from the main drag but walkable

I was in a back room and the WiFi wasn’t great

Good location, really nice staff. And their laundry detergent smell really well. It’s visible that they changed furniture. But forget to update/ paint or do something with bathroom.

Bathroom - didn’t smell good, outdated and really used. Bit moldy which was kinda issue for me - allergic. Shower head was broken and half of the water was going side ways. I did inform staff about it and they said they’ll send somebody - but nobody came- understandable as it was end of Ramadan.

The location is very close to all the main restaurants and bars. It's quiet considering it's so close. The staff were very responsive when things went wrong and did manage to get issues rectified quickly.

They have a brilliant social media person who shows the property in a great light. The reality is a lot shabbier. It's great to show a shiny property on Instagram, but it is inevitably going to lead to customers being disappointed when the property is not as fancy as it is made to look by a clever photographer. We had various issues, a blocked toilet (twice in a week) the door key snapped in the door. The balcony furniture was not comfortable and was broken. We thought we had no hot water for 3 days, until we discovered that if you turned the tap the opposite direction, and left it running for quite a while, the water was very hot.
