Nucifera Kuta Lombok

The location is good, easily walkable to the city center. The pool looked dirty we didnt try it, and the toilet in the room was very old and needs desperate renovation. The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was solid.

The pool, and the toilet in the room. Room is quite small too, and ther is no natural sunlight, the window faced the hallway so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times.

Great location, short walk into town and close to everything.

Brekky is good but slow service - plan to sit and relax while waiting for Brekky.

Taxi place across the road made transport easy. Swimming towels provided, breakfast adequate, musueli good.

Bathroom/ wet room design could have had shower in corner, but room was clean, serviceable, and floor area soon dried.

The location is very close to all the main restaurants and bars. It's quiet considering it's so close. The staff were very responsive when things went wrong and did manage to get issues rectified quickly.

They have a brilliant social media person who shows the property in a great light. The reality is a lot shabbier. It's great to show a shiny property on Instagram, but it is inevitably going to lead to customers being disappointed when the property is not as fancy as it is made to look by a clever photographer. We had various issues, a blocked toilet (twice in a week) the door key snapped in the door. The balcony furniture was not comfortable and was broken. We thought we had no hot water for 3 days, until we discovered that if you turned the tap the opposite direction, and left it running for quite a while, the water was very hot.
