The staff made a great impression on us from the beginning. They were warm, polite, and professional, and always ready to help when needed. We also loved how quiet and comfortable the hotel was. After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to such a peaceful place and get some proper rest.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the friendly service.

The apartment was clean and generally I think it's a good choice for this price. The apartment is located within a walking distance to Hoam Kiem Lake and Old Quarter streets.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor without an elevator so I don't recommend it if you have trouble walking up stairs (especially with luggage). It was a bit loud at the evening and you could hear music and people at bars nearby.

The service from the staff was excellent—they were kind, attentive, and made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Despite being conveniently located near many attractions, the hotel offered a peaceful environment where we could rest comfortably. The combination of a quiet atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff made this a very enjoyable experience. We would happily recommend it to other travelers.
