Dans l’ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre nuit dans cet établissement.
Il y a une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Et c’était un peu désagréable de constater que les propriétaires étaient insistants pour que le paiement soit fait dès notre arrivée à minuit, alors que nous réalisions un self check-in. Quitte à venir nous réclamer l’argent à des heures si tardives, ils auraient pu avoir l’amabilité de nous accueillir, plutôt que de frapper à notre porte à peine deux minutes après notre arrivée.

There are not many places that genuinely deserve a 10/10 but this one does. Great location, great host. The room we had felt like home away from home. We had a double room on the top floor with a kitchen and a massive smart TV. It was great to have a sofa too. You can also have your laundry done here and Mimi is super helpful and quick to answer WhatsApp messages.
Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect. We were sad to leave.

Logement idéalement situé en ville. Propre. Calme pour le secteur. Clim peut bruyante. Proche de certains départ de bus pour Cat Ba.
Seulement 2 chaises pour éventuellement 3/4 personnes.

The location is great and within walking distance from the main Old Quarter and all the restaurants
The bed is wonky and has a huge dip on the side, the bedroom is very old, dirty and moldy.
Worth mentioning that the next door neighbor has an open kitchen outside of the room (so you’ll see them cooking there) which makes you feel a bit in their space as well as the smells and the grease from the cooking.
If you’re looking to have a good night sleep, I’d suggest finding somewhere else as it feels as if you were sleeping in the street with all noise.
