    The location is good but you still have to walk a lot. The staff are polite and friendly. They always clean and refill our bottled water and toiletries. They change our towels as well. Kudos to their staff because I accidentally booked our stay with less than a day but they did not just throw our things out but they calmly approach us when we got in the lobby and we settle our another night.

    The place is definitely dirty especially the hotel slippers, they are old and non-disposable. They also don't have trashcans within the room other than the tiny one in the bathroom. The bathroom flooring is broken and a safety hazard. The carpet doesn’t look like it gets vacuumed enough. The bed is hard. The lobby AC is off even if the weather is very hot. The restaurant of the hotel is just nasty and dirty including their guest bathroom. I wouldn’t trust them with luggage storage either since when we asked them to store it after check out. They didn't even confirm if we own the luggage once we took it from the back and left the hotel.
