    The hotel is strategically located. Near at Ta Ca Phe No. 4 which serves great coffee. The staff are also nice and housekeeping cleaned everyday. The best part is that it comes with 3 single beds which our group preferred.

    This is my second time there and the staff and their service is wonderful! I had some issues with my aircon when I first checked in but the staff were very helpful and changed my room quite quickly to a room that had a working aircon. Hotel breakfast may be limited but the pho is amazing!

    We stayed in room 503 for 3 pax. Room was of decent size for 3 of us. Room was bright, clean, and tidy. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping clean the room well. Toilet was clean, water pressure was good, lights and aircon in room were all working well. Breakfast was included in my booking and I particularly enjoyed their chicken pho and banana pancake. Ordered to make. Decent spread. The hotel staff are amazing, each of them were polite and friendly. Really make us feel welcome. Lotsa of restaurants, circle K around the hotel and we always go via grab that stop outside the hotel. We walked to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and railway street, walkable probably 1km+ Highly recommended.

    If you get this hotel 2500 or 3000 INR ( In USD 250 to 300) it is good. Only photo is good otherwise it is similar to Paharganj's Hotel. Room in photo looks big but very congested. I took family room that was very congested and beds was small in size. No resturant in hotel, breakfast is average, no dinner. Also the person at reception ceated me. When I reached to hotel at 8 PM he says all the money exchange in Hanoi has closed. He forced me to make payment for all booking at a time before entering a room. He charged 3% for amount swapped from the card and I also paid some amount in USD to save transaction charges. He offered me a rate and said he is charging very thin difference from money exchange and all the money exchange has closed at this time. When I meet with one Indian person after some time I got better Exchange rate approx 2% and also find more than one hour left in close of money exchange. He was saying all the Sim shop has closed and only he can arrange the sim. When I visited the market got the SIM at half price. And shops was open. Come back to hotel, They are providing only 330 ml water per room. If you need more water you have to 30,000 VND ( INR 111) per 330 ml. In India we are getting many coffee mix but when I ask for coffee mix he said they are providing only one per person. If you need more go and buy from market. Also for Vietnam , please don't think it's cheaper. It's 3 times costly than India. You can't expect a free water anywhere. If want to drink water many are charging 20000 VND for 500 ml or less water. You can get water from Super Mart at cheaper price. Food is very costly.
