    Great value for money and the photos are accurate. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was fresh, with good variety and fresh eggs made on request. The location is excellent. It is quiet at night (our room faced away from the road) while within walkable distance to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. We did not really use the balcony because it was hot, and the AC units were right next to it, which added some heat and noise (not noticable inside the room). The best part was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jenna, the hotel manager, gave us some great food recommendations.

    The hotel manager, Jenna and her staffs were very professional taking care of our needs from recommendations of good Vietnamese food, booking of pickleball courts in Hanoi , communicating with the locals/drivers and providing answers to all or queries. On the last day, it was raining heavily, the staff step out in the rain to make a take away booking for our lunch to be sent to the hotel. We enjoyed the lunch without even the need to step out of the hotel. Kudos to Jenna and his team, Well Done and keep up the excellent service. 👍👍👍😊😊

    reserved hotel on 29oct, msg hotel thru agoda and got prompt reply. but when i msg them again on 30oct, there was no reply. so i got a number and watsapp. one person name *** reply promptly with all my questions asked. i was very impressed. But when i checked in on 23nov, because the hotel just renovated and started business in aug25, everything in the hotel and rooms was new, i was so happy. But one problem arised after we went into the room, because we booked a connecting room, we actually have 02 room. in one of the toilet, when lift up the toilet seat, it was wet all over, we immediately felt something was wrong. We were given room ***. then we discovered that there were intermittently have suction sound from the toilet bowl and sometime will have the toilet bowl water being splash out. We started to feel uneasy, we worried what happened if shit water splash out ? what happen if we were shitting and suddenly the splash out occurred ??? we really cant imagine. I complained to hotel staff and ***, and that is when i suddenly felt *** also started to be "unfriendly" based on his reply msg. Luckily the hotel staff agreed to changed my room to a higher floor, ***. Although still got heard the suction sound but never encountered any splash out water from toilet bowl. Morning breakfast is also very dissapointing. The space is too small, maximun can sit around 20+ people but will have movement issue and very cramped. i never enquire if there is spa in the hotel ? But would suggest if u really want to book this hotel, pls request *** to avoid nightmare
