Absolutely loved my time here. The staff were so warm and friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted to do and see while in the city and the staff were so kind to recommend things I might enjoy or what I could do to make the most of my time in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and clean. On days when we didn’t request room cleaning the staff still made sure to provide us with water and fresh towels outside our room. The breakfast was fantastic and provided a variety of options. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi. Great location and friendly staff.

Nice staff, easy walk to a few areas that people come to Hanoi for. Clean rooms I had a street view but they do have some interior rooms with not natural light. All in all had a great stay
