Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, très calme, agréable, avec une grande terrasse avec vue sur la ville et le Duomo. A proximité immédiate du tram T2 qui vous mène en 10-15 mns à la gare Santa Maria novella. Très propre et excellent accueil de Maria et de la propriétaire.

Rien. C'est un appartement super auquel il manquait peut être juste une machine à laver.

We enjoyed the large space, the lovely terrace and the view from the terrace. The apartment is very clean and it has a beautiful design. Mrs Claudia was very nice, she provided instructions in advance on how to quickly find the location and she was very communicative. They offered coffee, tea and all needed ingredients and facilities while away from home. The T2 tram is very conveniently located close to the apartment and it was very helpful for us to move around quickly. The elevator was very helpful.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying for five nights at "attico claudia" in June of 2026. Recently renovated, everything worked as expected and was extremely clean. The apartment is a 10-minute tram ride away from Florence's main train station. The tram stop is less than a minute walk from the apartment and we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a tram. A tip if going by car (we used our car just to get in and out of Florence): we parked right in front of the building's entrance. We used the EasyPark website to pay for the 5 days and nights for parking. It was cheaper to pay for a whole month of parking (53 euros) instead of paying for each single day. So, parking ended up costing us about 10 euros per day. Reasonable.
